Overall = 65% development + 20% on-chain use + 15% research standing. Development is Dawnscan Build Momentum, from publicly verified ships only. On-chain counts events the project's own contracts emitted in the last 7 days on a log scale, plus a bounded bonus for a new contract from its deployer in 30 days. Research is 100 for a verified builder, 60 for a researched page, 25 for an indexed one, +10 when the project names its token contract. Liquidity health is shown, never scored. Ranks are recomputed daily and kept, so movement is real. Scoring version builders-v1.
